              矿渣微粉技术

                矿渣微粉是高炉水渣经过研磨得到的一种超细粉末。


                其化学成分主要是SiO2、AI2O3、 CaO、 MgO.Fe2O3、TiO2、 MnO2等;含有95%以上的玻璃体和硅酸二钙、钙黄长石、硅灰石等矿物,与水泥成份接近。矿渣微粉具有超高活性,用作水泥和混凝土的好的掺和料,是一种新型的绿色建筑材料。矿渣微粉具有潜在水化活性。当与水泥混凝土混合时,活性SIO2.AI203与水泥中C3S和C2S水化产生的Ca(OH)2反应,进-步形成水化硅酸钙产物,填充于水泥混凝土的孔隙中,大幅度提高水泥混凝土的致密度,同时将强度较低的Ca(OH)2晶体转化成强度较高的水化硅酸钙凝胶,显著改善了水泥和混凝土的一系列性能。


                矿渣微粉具有潜在水硬性。矿渣中含有硅酸盐、铝酸盐及大量含钙的玻璃质(如C2S、CAS2、C2AS、C3A.C2F和CaSO4等),具有独立的水硬性,在CaO与CaSO4的激发作用下,遇到水就能硬化,通过细磨后,硬化过程大大加快。


                与硅酸盐水泥按比例混合,生产高性能矿渣水泥。细度为400~ 450m2/kg的矿粉,可配制425, 425R矿渣硅酸盐水泥;细度为450~500m2/kg的矿粉,可配制525,525R矿渣硅酸盐水泥。


                作为混凝土掺和料,等量取代部分水泥(20%~70%),耐久性、高性能混凝土。

The company has strong technical strength, at the same time it also processes and manufactures all the main equipment andautomatic control system except medium grinder in the slag powder system.

                 Slag fine powder is a kind of ultra-fine powder obtained by grinding blast furnace slag.

                 lts chemical composition is mainly SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, MgO, Fe2O3, TiO2, MnO2 etc., and containsmore than 95% vitreous and minerals such as dicalcium silicate, calcium feldspar, wollastonite and so on,which is close to the cement composition. Slag fine powder is a new kind of green building material which is used as high quality admixture of cement and concrete because of its ultra- high activity. Slag fine powderhas potential hydration activity When mixed with cement concrete, active SiO2, Al203 react with Ca(OH) 2produced by hydration of C3S and C2S in mortar to form hydrated calcium silicate product, which is flled inthe void of cement concrete. The compactness of cement concrete is greatly increased, and the Ca(OH) 2crystal with lower strength is converted into hydrated calcium silicate gel with higher strength, whichimproves a series .of properties of cement and concrete.

                 Slag powder has potential hydraulic properties. Slag contains silicate, aluminate and a large amount ofcalcium- containing glass (such as C2S, CAS2, C2AS, C2A, C2F and CaSO4, etc.) and has independenthydraulic properties. Under the excitation of CaO and CaSO4, the water can be hardened after finegrinding. The hardening process is greatly accelerated.

                 High performance slag cement is produced by mixing with Portland cement in proportion. 525,525Rslag Portland cement can be prepared with fineness of 400~ 450m2/kg ore powder.

                 As a concrete admixture, the cement (20% ~ 70%) is replaced by the same amount to prepare highstrength, durability and high performance concrete.
